An excellent and well-established Law firm situated in Sheffield are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team.

The successful Employment Solicitor will be responsible for a range of duties which include but are not limited to, managing your own caseload of both Contentious and Non-Contentious Employment matters from inception to completion, which you will receive support on.

The caseload of employment matters will include:

  • TUPE
  • Whistle Blowing claims
  • Providing advice on Employment law issues
  • Drafting policies and contracts
  • Disclosures
  • Employment tribunals

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a strong background in Employment law and will ideally be 1+ years PQE. It is essential that you have experience in handling your own caseload of both Contentious and Non-Contentious matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an advantageous Employment Solicitor to progress their career further.

Salary is dependent on experience.
