Key to its success is their ability to provide high quality, commercial and bespoke advice for clients of all backgrounds. The Role:

Working with a diverse range of local and national clients the team has already become an accomplished player in the market, achieving great success in terms of client wins and accolades. Keen to build on this they are seeking a further solicitor for the employment team. You will be encouraged to develop your expertise and knowledge in employment work, covering a number of areas, such as disciplinary and grievance, TUPE, redundancies and reorganisations, restrictive covenants, Tribunal claims and drafting contracts of employment.

You will be given the opportunity to run your own caseload and support the partners in the very complex matters. This is a transparent team with 2 partners, a senior associate and 3 solicitors, whose success stems from the supportive, encouraging working environment.
