An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor to join this highly rated full service practice.

 

The successful candidate will be confident in managing their own caseload.  Ideally you will have specific experience in employment law claims and tribunal work with a particular emphasis on respondent side work. 

 

The role is very much client facing and you will act for a broad range of clients including major insurance companies, other corporates of varying sizes and individual employees. The vast majority of the day-to-day work will be in running contentious (employment tribunal) cases.

 

You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives designed to attract new clients.  These will include participating in presentations internally and externally and active attendance of networking events/relevant industry bodies.  

 

You will benefit from a highly competitive remuneration package and outstanding benefits package.  The firm has fully embraced flexible working and there is a clear emphasis on the need for a work life balance.  There is also the possibility of working four days a week for this role.
