We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and pro-active Employment Solicitor join a growing team based in Cambridge.
 
The role will involve:

  • Managing a full portfolio of clients
  • Assisting other Employment Lawyers in the team on more complex matters
  • Proactively seeking fee development opportunities
  • Management of junior team members from day to day

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4+ PQE
  • Excellent technical employment law knowledge
  • Proven experience in handling and managing own caseload
  • Excellent communication skills
