£35,000 - £45,000 (depending upon experience)
Employment Rights Solicitor
A leading private practice with multiple offices across the UK are looking to add an Employment Rights solicitor to their team in the Nottingham office.
Situated in modern, well equipped offices, close to commuter links and with local parking.
The successful candidate will be an Employment Rights Lawyer who ideally has at least 2 years' experience conducting and managing Employment Rights cases would be preferred.
As an admitted solicitor or legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through the dedicated Employment Advice Line.
It is therefore imperative to have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
