My client is a highly regarded commercial practice which is recognised by the Legal 500 for its offering across employment law, corporate commercial, real estate and litigation amongst other areas.

 

The firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious employment lawyer with good respondent experience and who is seeking to develop their career handling quality work for impressive clients.

 

You will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters including discrimination claims, wrongful dismissal, drafting staff handbooks and employment contracts, negotiation of settlement agreements and redundancy consultations, in addition to TUPE and corporate support matters, and there may also be some high end claimant work included. Advocacy experience is not a prerequisite although candidates with some experience of dealing with tribunals would also be of interest.

 

The firm is seeking applications from candidates with at least 1yr PQE who will have dealt with high calibre matters of this nature on a regular basis. Remuneration is competitive and should attract talented lawyers seeking a good quality role.
