Employment Solicitor - Nottingham
I am currently seeking an Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the largest Trade Union, Employment and Personal Injury firm in the UK. Our client is a well-established legal practice that has been active for almost 100 years nationwide providing professional support to their clients.
The ideal candidate will be an Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive that has a minimum of two years' experience managing a varied employment law case load. Cases may vary from unfair dismissals, compromise agreements, complex discrimination claims and TUPE. It is also essential that candidates have experience within Employment Tribunals and rules of evidence and a great understanding of the Litigation process, appeal claims and funding.
I am looking for a candidate that is looking for a role that offers a fresh outlook within Employment Law. I need a candidate that flourishes in hard working environments with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It is essential that all candidates are able to demonstrate empathy as you will be handling sensitive cases involving vulnerable clients.
