JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3 years PQE

Our client's employment department is the leading provider of employment law services to healthcare bodies as well as other public bodies and private employers. This role will include working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing and redundancy issues. The successful Employment Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on behalf of clients of the Birmingham and London offices.
The successful Employment Solicitor will have up to three years of experience gained working within an employment law department. If the applicant is an NQ Employment Solicitor, they should have completed at least one seat in employment law during their training contract. What is essential is that the Employment Solicitor demonstrates at interview that they are self-motivated, commercial minded and have excellent communication skills. The Solicitor should have the confidence to work independently but also be keen to be a team player.
