Advising respondent and executive claimant clients, you will be involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters including unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, TUPE, settlement agreements, staff contracts and handbooks, as well as providing HR and employment advice to retained clients on the firm. This is a superb opportunity for a solicitor of 1-5yrs PQE to join a leading employment team which enjoys high quality work and access to an impressive client base from day one.
