JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
As an employment solicitor you will be joining a highly regarded and recommended employment team. The successful Employment Solicitor will be focusing on providing an excellent service to directors, partners, consultants and other senior executives. The work will surround all aspects of employment law to include but not restrict; advising on severance agreements, service agreements, bonuses, contract claims, shares options, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE. As you will be joining a successful team you will quite often handle high value settlements and advising high profit individuals.
THE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
My client is looking for an articulate and confident Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and strong previous experience gained within a commercial practice however, the firm is open to consider Employment Solicitors from a variety of backgrounds. The correct Employment Solicitor will be smart working with the ability to manage their own busy workload with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and be apt at building strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues. Litigation or corporate law experience is desirable however not essential. This is an exceptional opportunity to handle quality employment matters within a supportive and successful team.
