Our client is a full service commercial law firm that has an excellent reputation and has numerous rankings in the legal 500 and Chambers listings. They are currently looking for an Employment Solicitor with circa 3 years PQE to join their Employment team based in Reading.
An opening has emerged for a junior to mid level Employment Lawyer with circa 3 years PQE with a good grounding in advising commercial clients on a variety of Employment matters. This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent based caseload comprising both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with clients and colleagues and you should have a keen eye for service delivery. The firm has a high quality client base including some larger household names as well as a number of owner managed businesses.
The Employment Division works closely in tandem with the Commercial Department and often advises existing commercial clients on issues such as defending unfair dismissal claims, redundancy, business restructuring, director dismissal, TUPE, restrictive covenants and general HR and employment rights issues.
This is a fantastic role for any aspiring lawyer looking to join a strong employment team. Salary up to £50,000.
