Title: Employment Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Central London, with hybrid working

Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor

• Handling a mixed respondent caseload of contentious and non-contentious covering all types of employment matters
• Acting for a range of clients from start-ups but weighed towards FTSE 250 firms
• Conducting and leading on employment tribunal matters including advocacy
• Deliver internal and external training
• Supervise junior members and trainees

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Employment Solicitor

• 4+ PQE within a similar employment caseload from a reputable firm
• Advocacy experience
• Marketing and business development skills
• A second language would be desirable
