The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of employment work and provide HR employment law advice to clients. There is a mixed case load of predominately discrimination, whistleblowing and complex unfair dismissal employment tribunal claims. This role will also be closely aligned to working with client on a national basis dealing with in excess of 400 employment tribunal claims a year.

Ideally for this position, you must have at least 3 years post qualification experience, and employment tribunal experience is essential with the ability to work part of a team.
