Employment Partner

We are currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner to join their Oxfordshire office.

Our client is seeking an Employment Partner, ideally on a full time permanent basis however reduced hours can be considered. Hybrid working is also on offer.

You will ideally have a good following or referral network but this is not essential. The team continues to experience rapid growth, so this role would suit someone who is looking to get involved in business development and shaping the future strategy of the team. There is plenty of opportunity to work with the wider employment group across offices in the North and South.
