A top tier firm based in Chester is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join their team due to a period of expansion and internal promotions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to join an award-winning commercial law firm based in Chester.
This role would suit either someone already working as a Paralegal or someone who has recently completed their Legal Practice Course. You will therefore ideally have previous work experience within Employment Law or will have completed a strong Employment law seat within your Legal Practice Course.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and will show evidence of a strong interest in Employment Law.
Types of cases you will be exposed to include but not limited to contracts of employment, constructive and unfair dismissal, equal pay disputes, equality and discrimination at work, maternity and paternity leave, redundancy and TUPE.
Salary is in the region of £16,000 - £18,000 together with additional benefits. You will also be exposed to some excellent quality work and will have genuine prospects of career development throughout the firm.
