You will be working with clients on both contentious and non-contentious work including employment documentation, workplace issues and policies, data protection, discrimination, restructuring and redundancies, executive issues, employment-related litigation and the impact of corporate M&A and restructurings.

With employment lawyers located across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the U.S., the Belfast team works in partnership with clients across the Globe, providing unrivalled exposure to top quality international work without the need to leave Belfast!

What will you be doing?

* Establish and maintain the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and service including quality controlling the work of more junior members of the team.
* Lead teams in Advanced Delivery Legal to work with instructing offices on client matters.
* Collaborate with Partners and instructing teams to define and deliver legal services projects and services.
* Provide legal expertise, including drafting, reviewing and amending documentation, document management, legal research, maintaining and improving templates and precedents
* Liaise with internal and external clients to address points of relevance or concern and resolving queries and issues.
* Identify and develop innovative service lines supporting strategic firm practice groups and clients.
* Lead or contribute to client pitches, involvement in pricing decisions and service discussions
* Identify and develop new service lines, and be able to demonstrate new revenue growth in a specialist area.
