A junior employment lawyer, between NQ and three years' PQE, is offered an outstanding opportunity to join a leading national practice, ranked as one of the top 100 in the UK.

The firm, based in the heart of the City of London, has been operating for over 200 years and maintains a rich history and enviable culture.

Operating at the highest levels for clients throughout the UK and overseas clients with vested interested and investments in the UK, the firm's reputation is world renowned.

The employment team is made of up three partners, one senior associate, and two associates acting for employers and employees across the banking and finance, insurance, life sciences, healthcare, media, fashion, creative, sports, retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to bolster their offering with the addition of two junior lawyers between NQ and three years' PQE. The successful employment lawyers joining this highly renowned team will undertake both contentious and non-contentious work, which will include:

- Reorganisations
- Disciplinaries and grievances
- M&A transactional work
- Due diligence and corporate support
- Employment contracts
- Staff handbooks
- Consultancy agreements
- NDAs
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE
- Immigration
- HR advisory and daily employment advice
- Tribunals

Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
- High quality training and experience
- A strong academic background
- Strong communication skills
