A Bristol office of a national law firm require an experienced and highly skilled Solicitor to run a varied case load of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases.

The Employment Solicitor will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE). The Employment role will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through a dedicated Employment Advice Line.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Rights Lawyer who has at least 2 years' experience conducting and managing Employment Rights cases. As an admitted solicitor or legal executive,You will therefore have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
