Are you an employment lawyer looking for a change in direction? If so, this could be your opportunity to join a thriving team with an exciting future.

ibex gale is a fast-growing team of people management experts servicing an enviable client list. To support our continued growth, we are hiring new Associates.

Our people come from a diverse range of backgrounds spanning the legal and people management sectors. We are all experts in our field who bring unique perspectives and insights to our work, but we have one key thing in common and it’s a core belief that drives everything we do: if an organisation gets its culture right, success will follow.

We take a fresh approach to people management. Our mission is to help organisations create and maintain thriving cultures where people can prosper, and we do that by combining subject matter expertise with practical hands-on support to give our clients a toolbox of highly effective, results focused resources with which to manage and optimise their workforce.

Our culture reflects everything we know about creating and nurturing inspiring working environments. So we all work remotely but remain supported and connected across a myriad of virtual channels, and we work hard and to the highest standards but we also prioritise work/life balance. You’ll get flexibility on how you structure your working day and your success is measured in results, not time.

As an Associate, you’ll have a varied workload and no two days will be the same. You’ll be conducting high profile, sensitive and complex workplace investigations, managing and implementing large-scale restructuring and organisational change projects, helping employers to better understand and develop their workplace culture, and providing strategic people management advice to clients across a range of sectors. Your skills, experience and confidence as an employment lawyer should stand you in great stead to undertake this challenging range of work.

Our people are trusted and valued colleagues who are motivated by work that is varied, challenging and fascinating in equal measure. They have licence to be entrepreneurial, the flexibility to choose where and when they work (full or part time), and the security of a supportive culture around them.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with strong analytical and drafting skills, proven strategic commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering work to an outstanding standard.  Equally importantly, you will be personable, collaborative and a natural relationship builder. You’ll be working for a varied client base, from NHS Trusts to investment banks, on projects requiring meticulous attention to detail, and the very highest levels of professionalism and client care.

How to apply:

Please apply with CV to David Major with a note explaining why this role interests you, or ask to schedule a call if you would like more information about ibex gale or the role.

Every applicant will receive a response.

ibex gale is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our people to excel.

STRICTLY NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES PLEASE.
