Employment Lawyer - A Hampshire law firm has a requirement for an experienced employment lawyer to join their employment team. The employment lawyer role will suit someone with a history of employment law dealing with corporate and individual clients on all aspects of employment law. The successful employment lawyer will have an opportunity to advise on grievance and disciplinary procedures, reviewing and drafting documentation such as employment contracts, service agreements, bonus schemes, staff handbooks, policies and procedures and settlement, advising on redundancies, including collective redundancies agreements, conducting and advising on all aspects of employment tribunal claims (including advocacy at employment tribunal cases) and representation in High Court and County Court proceedings. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a portable case load of clients or existing client contacts. Salary dependent upon experience. This is a full time 5 days per week role and is commutable from Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey, Southampton and Totton.
