Fantastic opportunity to join this niche Employment firm and deal with top quality work on behalf of blue chip clients and household companies. With offices based just outside Chester you will need to be able to drive to service clients and get to the office.

You will ideally be an NQ - 2 Year Solicitor with experience of providing respondent employment law advice. The staff at this firm are highly experience and come from city backgrounds, so this will provide you with a platform to learn from the best, work with your own clients and establish your own relationships. Ideally you will have gained good experience of working on quality employment law matters at a strong city or regional firm.

The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.

Salary for this role will be based on experience level and current package however there is a fantastic benefits scheme in place with a 'grown up' philosophy and a tremendous work/life balance.
