- Deal with a steady flow of advocacy matters which are shared out across the team depending on expertise required and capacity to deal
- Handle advocacy on discrimination cases, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, TUPE matters, misconduct and employment regulatory matters
- Opportunity to also get involved in advocacy matters for other teams, depending upon your experience, enabling you to further develop a second string to your bow
- A range of career development options are available as the team grows

More about you
- You will be an experience employment Barrister or Solicitor-advocate, with at least 5 years' advocacy experience under your belt
- You will ideally have some additional experience in a further practice area to draw on. While employment law shows no sign of slowing down any time soon, it would add value to the team to have another area of work that you could also operate in - this is not essential
- Your experience can be on the respondent or applicant side, although most of the work you will do is respondent-based
- You will be a commercial-minded team player who wants to play a key part in a growing offering within a major global organisation

If this sounds like an opportunity you'd like to explore, please get in touch, either for an exploratory discussion initially, or to apply by sending your current CV.
