This leading Legal 100 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking for an Employment Solicitor at Associate level to join a busy Employment team handing both contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents. You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work, employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. You will act for a range of businesses including multi-nationals, house-hold names and regulatory organisations. Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve:
  • Handing your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
