THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to make the next step in their career and join a leading employment team. The appointed Employment Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for their own busy caseload of employment matters including discrimination, TUPE and matters concerning equal pay. In addition, the role will include providing training to clients on all areas of employment law, ensuring they run their businesses in the smoothest way possible.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Associate/Senior Associate should have a broad knowledge of all areas of employment law including, but not limited to, employment contracts, policies and procedures, grievances disciplinary procedures, redundancy, and equal pay legislation. Due to the increased amount of instructions currently being received by this department, the appointed Employment Solicitor should be able to handle a heavy caseload, have excellent organisation skills and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
