Experienced employment lawyer required to join a leading Top 200 law firm making waves in the UK legal market!

 

My client is a highly-regarded national firm which is undergoing an extensive period of growth with lateral hires and new office openings, coupled with the integration of cutting edge technology, making it a law firm quite unlike any other. The firm is one of the biggest success stories of the last decade, and the recruitment of an experienced employment solicitor for its Birmingham office is now next on its list of priorities.

 

You will be an experienced solicitor of circa 5+yrs PQE with a proven background in the employment law field, and will have an interest in joining a firm where you can really make your mark. The firm handles work on behalf of respondent clients who utilise the firm’s employment offering for advise on primarily contentious matters such as defending claims of wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, as well as providing support on areas such as TUPE and redundancy consultations to reduce the likelihood of litigation in the future.
