My client is a well-established regional heavyweight which provides a broad range of legal services from a network of offices across East Anglia.

 

The firm is seeking to recruit a solicitor or associate into its busy employment team which advises both respondents and claimants on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from discrimination claims and wrongful dismissal through to TUPE, staff handbooks, redundancies and drafting employment contracts.

 

You will have accrued at least 1yr PQE within the employment law field and will be confident when advising on matters of the sort indicated above; those who have experience of conducting matters at tribunal will also be of particular interest. Although earmarked at 1yr PQE minimum the structure of the team allows some flexibility on the upper end of the PQE scale, thus candidates with up to 6yrs PQE or equivalent will also be considered (and possibly more).
