Highly-regarded Legal 500 firm seeks experienced employment lawyer to handle quality respondent work on behalf of an impressive client base.
My client is the very definition of a firm which ‘punches above its weight’; despite being relatively small in terms of headcount the practice acts for a top quality client base including PLCs, OMBs, SMEs and household names. As the firm continues to thrive the opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment associate to join the team to advise these clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
It is likely that you will have accrued at least 5yrs PQE or equivalent advising respondents on employment issues including discrimination claims, employment contracts, staff handbooks, wrongful dismissal, etc. Due to the calibre of clients you will be working with then this experience will have ideally been accrued working within a recognised national or regional heavyweight. Ideally some experience of corporate support and TUPE will be beneficial, although not a prerequisite.
