EL/PL Solicitor- Hybrid Working

We have an exciting role for a PI Solicitor with experience handling EL/PL and serious injury claims, specifically focused on the areas of EL and Motor to join this international team based in the heart of Birmingham.

The Role:

Working as part of a team specialising in EL/PL fast and multi track matters.
Handling a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
You will support the Partners in servicing existing clients, growing new business and maintaining relationships with clients using technical excellence and innovation
Dealing with EL/PL and complex litigation both autonomously and as part of a team approach.

Duties:
Drafting of all legal documents and client advice.
Dealing with interlocutory proceedings, CMCs and client meetings.
Assisting the development of new business acquisition in conjunction with team Partners.

The Team:

The role will be working in the employers and public liability team within the Casualty region of the firm. The team deals with a wide variety of work for major insurers and directly for large corporates. The work is complex and often involves representing household names.
