Position Description

A well-established PI firm in South Manchester is seeking an EL/PL Fee Earner to join their highly successful personal injury team. This is an exciting opportunity for an El/PL Fee Earner or RTA Litigator looking for a change in direction to contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases from inception to completion, including litigated files.
* Utilise your expertise in EL and PL law to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
* Engage with clients, assess cases, and provide clear advice and updates on progress.

Requirements:
* You should have RT or EL/PL cases experience, including litigated matters.
* Strong client care skills to maintain the firm's reputation for excellent service.
