As such the firm is experiencing significant levels of growth across numerous locations, and is seeking an experienced education lawyer to join its team in Oxfordshire.
Providing a range of advice to a well-established client base including Higher Education, Further Education and academy clients, you will be assisting on a broad spectrum of matters including parental disputes, special educational needs, employment matters, admissions and exclusions, governance, negligence claims and academy conversions. As such it is expected that you will be an experienced education lawyer of at least 2yrs PQE or equivalent and will be used to dealing with clients in this sector on a regular basis. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the market.
