Job Description | Early Careers Digital AdvisorThe RoleDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: LondonRole: Early Careers Digital AdvisorThe TeamThe HR department in the UK consists of over 70 people. We have specialist teams in
Resourcing, Early Careers Recruitment and Development, Learning and Development,
Operations, Systems and MI and Reward. The HR department are based in offices across
the UK, working as one team to deliver a holistic service to our fee earning and business
services groups.The RoleThis role will support the UK Early Careers (EC) recruitment programmes. All members of
the EC recruitment team are involved in all elements of the recruitment cycle but this role will
have specific responsibilities for EC’s digital footprint, brand, and communications. The role
will have responsibility for designing and implementing our EC online marketing campaign,
attending our campus event programme, managing our social media presence and
developing our virtual assessment centres and online collateral.

As well as being actively involved in developing our CR&I activities and developing university
relationships at key universities. This involves the annual recruitment of approximately 80
vacation scheme students (in London, Newcastle, Manchester and Scotland) and
approximately 45 trainee solicitors.

The role will report into the EC Recruitment Manager and will be supported by our EC co-
ordinators.

The team works closely with our EC Development team, our CR&I team and as well as our
marketing and communications team, key stakeholders from the business including our

Key ResponsibilitiesTogether with the EC Recruitment Manager, develop and deliver our on line
marketing/communication strategy for our annual recruitment campaign.Overall responsibility for our EC social media footprint, including;

• Develop target lists of internal influencers in key departments across the firm
and ensures content delivered is relevant and engaging to increase Clyde &
Co's brand presence

• Advise on paid media targeting for owned social media channels to ensure
key talent pools are targeted

• Monitor digital and social media daily, identify relevant and shareable content
from key stakeholders, manage responses to comments and questions and
identify opportunities to increase brand presence

• Ability to analyse and apply learnings from content on social media platformsManaging the annual review of marketing collateral, website and all other marketing
initiatives.Managing relationships with our marketing suppliers, negotiating new deals with
media partners and developing new content for online and print channels. Ensure all programmes are advertised in to ensure maximum impact and influence
with Careers Services, sponsored societies and delivering targeted digital
campaigns.Assist EC Recruitment Manager and Communications team, with website content
and developing the customer experience Responsibility for implementing our CR&I activity across the EC platformsHelp build and manage relationships between the Firm and target universities,
academics careers advice centres and student societies. Assisting with raising the
client's profile online within the EC market. Design and deliver innovative, impactful and inclusive events for students to ensure
we attract the highest calibre students. The coordination of our key recruitment programmes (Insight Days, Bright Futures,
Vacation Schemes), providing guidance and strategic direction to the EC recruitment
coordinator. Assist in tracking and report on recruitment statistics. Working closely with the EC
Recruitment Manager to analyse the reports and identify and make
recommendations for improvements.Attend internal and external events for both the recruitment and development side of
the EC team.Conduct on-going research/ analysis into our target audience to ensure our
recruitment programmes are relevant and stand out in a competitive market place.



 Assist the EC recruitment Manager and wider team with ad-hoc projects.Works with EC recruitment team and our communications team to build creative and
engaging communications content that support business objectivesEssential Skills & ExperiencePrevious graduate or early careers recruitment experience.Experience in running the EC digital marketing cycle (website, communications,
social media, marketing).Experience in managing and building relationships with external suppliers.Confident and personable, with the credibility to act as a strong brand ambassador
for the firmPositive attitude with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deal with
pressure.Self-motivated and pro-active with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Responsive to tasks with a can-do attitude.A strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach.Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment.Excellent organisation, analytical and administration skills.High attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
