EA in Family Law at City Law Firm – c£40k


A truly unique role has come up with our award-winning client that will see you performing a true EA function within one of the most interesting legal teams.

Unlike most legal PA roles this busy and highly renowned head of department needs almost no help with his legal documents or suchlike as he has a team around him that he delegates that to, instead he needs a true PA who can help him with his high net worth and famous clientele and well as with the strategic and management side of his role as head of department, and in general act as his gatekeeper and right-hand-person.

Because there is some typing of legal document and correspondence, although not the primary role of the successful candidate, their first choice would be a confident PA/EA used to working for senior partners, ideally with at least some experience in Family Law.

They are looking for a highly skilled (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word) and capable PA with drive, enthusiasm and the confidence and communication skills to handle themselves with very senior people both internally and externally.

Ideal candidates will be graduates, or of “graduate calibre” who are flexible, resilient and keen to throw themselves into a role like this!

This is a maternity cover for 9 months so candidates need to be happy with a fixed term contract and ideally be available to start work within a couple of weeks of being offered.
