Burness Paull is looking for 1 x Document Specialist to join our Document Production Unit. The successful candidate can be based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Key responsibilities are:
Type and amend all client correspondence and legal documents to a high level
Ensure all work complies with the house style or relevant industry style
Check work to ensure accuracy, formatting and presentation are maintained
Complete work in the correct order in accordance with priority to ensure all documents are completed within required timescales
Person Specification:
Fast and accurate copy and audio typing skills
Accurate and competent in document production including formatting and presentation
Comply with in-house policies and procedures
Self starter with ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
