Hours of work 10am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri)
A Top International multi service law firm in Manchester is expanding the document production team and so need to recruit a document production technician on a full time, permanent basis. Salary is up to £27k plus a competitive benefits package. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!
The role of the Document Production Technician will involve joining a team that delivers a top quality document production service by producing a wide variety of documents across all practice areas. They will be assessing the workflow and supervising the team in order to ensure that the work is being completed swiftly and to a high standard. They will also act as a key point of contact for clients and other departments with regards to operations and technical projects.
This is a role for someone with excellent attention to detail, who works well to deadlines, thrives on delivering results and who is looking to be part of a successful and progressive team.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm and preferably you will be an experienced document production technician. Applications will be also be considered from legal typists and legal secretaries who have solid experience of document production/formatting/amending as part of their role, have the required typing speed and who are highly proficient on Word, Excel, Powerpoint and BigHand. You must be at intermediate level as an absolute minimum.
