Dispute Resolution Lawyer - Northants

Our client has a very long history as supporting clients across a wide range of legal services and with multiple offices and with a modern approach, they have a very good reputation and always put their clients first.

We are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a mixed caseload of litigious work to include civil and commercial matters. You will meet clients to understand the nature of their dispute and provide straight forward solutions, and provide a suitable outcome, to consider negotiating a settlement or court proceedings. The nature of the work will include but not be limited to:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Contentious Probate
• Contractual disputes
• Employment contracts and settlement agreements
• Boundary disputes

You will be involved with mentoring more junior fee earners and also raise your profile by attending industry events to network. Key to your strengths will be client engagement and delivery of services and always to consider recommendations or repeat business.
