We’re currently looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to support across our Personal Injury and Private Practice areas. Working closely with a Marketing Campaign Manager and Content Writer, each Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising our digital B2C marketing campaigns across all digital channels. They will initiate digital campaigns and run with them from conception up to the execution.

What do our ideal candidates look like?:

You’ll probably be working in a B2C role in professional services, you’ll be technically strong, able to crunch the numbers and understand when it’s working (and when it isn’t). Ideally, you’ll have good SEO knowledge, social media channel knowledge and be able to combine all of this to make continual optimisation improvements to our site – with the overall goal to improve our lead generation.

You’ll work closely with the Heads of Department and Partners to implement the agreed strategy for digital client acquisition and retention and use your knowledge, creativity and expertise to deliver an excellent ROI.

So in detail the work will include:

* Being a key contact working with our Content and PR teams to build the online profile of our lawyers and the Simpson Millar brand
* Collaborating with our in-house PPC and Paid Social Manager to create and deliver paid search campaigns across multiple platforms e.g. Google, Bing, Display Network, Facebook, LinkedIn
* Working on a continual programme of CRO and UX performance improvements to drive new business and engagement
* Creating landing pages and optimising user experience and conversion
* Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
* Working with our external agency partner to develop and implement SEO and content strategy supporting our aggressive growth plan
* Managing creative and innovative cross-platform campaigns to an identified target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

The experience we really need for this role:

* In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CMS platforms, preferably Umbraco.
* Consumer awareness - quick to understand a brand's audience. initiation to completion
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills building relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to think strategically as well as tactically in faced paced environment
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing
* A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable
