Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Liverpool

This leading, international firm are seeking a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Tier 1 ranking team, based in their Liverpool office. The team will consider people up to 5 years PQE including NQ’s. If you are more experienced, you are still encouraged to apply.

As Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will manage a caseload of claims for defendant clients including the NHS Resolution and Trusts.  This firm are on the NHS Resolution Panel and also do work for the MPS so ideally you will have experience at another Panel firm and/or have MPS experience.

Depending on your level this role will provide the opportunity to either assist on, or run high value, complex files. You will also be given the opportunity to work on secondments at local hospitals and the NHS Resolution, and be involved with pro-bono work such as attending advice clinics and drafting articles.

This role will require you to have some form of defendant experience, but this doesn’t have to be your most recent role.
