Excellent opportunity for an experienced Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join this top rated law firm in their healthcare litigation division in Dublin.

The Role:
- You will handle an interesting and varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. There will also be the scope to provide input into complaint responses, advise on risk management and patient safety initiatives. You'll be joining a team that can support a healthcare provider through whatever challenges come their way.

The Candidate:
The team are keen to hear from candidates who have at least 3 years' PQE, ideally with a similar background defending medical practitioners on behalf of insurers or medical defence organisations. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within our wider Professional Indemnity and Commercial practice area and will share our values of teamwork and client focus. Those coming from a Plaintiff medical negligence background will be considered.
