Debt Recovery Solicitor

Our client is a Legal 500 firm and is looking to expand its litigation team with a Debt Recovery Solicitor.

Role: Debt Recovery Solicitor (contentious)
Location: London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid working 2 from home
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Solicitor

• Dealing with contentious defended det recovery matters
• Light commercial litigation including contract disputes
• Oversee and manage Paralegals supporting your work and maintain quality in their caseload of lease extensions
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to develop new work streams and expand existing ones

Key Requirements of the Debt Recovery Solicitor

• 2 PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience in handling a similar caseload
• Knowledge of insolvency cases, including bankruptcy and winding-up processes, is advantageous
• Experience in taking enforcement action, including obtaining orders for sales, is advantageous
