Debt Recovery Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Debt Recovery Advisor to join a leading law firm based in Birkenhead to work within the firms recoveries department as part of a busy team.

The firm will offer full training and long term progression.

Previous experience within a call centre or debt recovery/finance would be advantageous.

Duties include

• Chase outstanding payments due
• Review files and produce bills for payment
• Issue Court proceedings for recovery of outstanding payments
• Prepare files for Hearing
• Instruct Counsel to attend Hearings
• Instruct High Court Enforcement/County Court Bailiffs
• Deal with internal and external telephone queries
• Liaise with external agencies/Insurers/Solicitors/Courts/Debt Management firms
• Monitor and process incoming payments in a timely manner
• General administrative duties
