In this role you will be dealing with a range of TMT disputes, with a focus on cyber and technology matters such as those relating to:

• Data breaches
• Regulatory investigations
• Privacy and cyber litigation
• Software licensing disputes
• Complex IT disputes

Additionally, you will also be involved in pre-breach advice and incident response planning, training, and other related advisory work.

You will be part of a team acting for some of the biggest companies in the Cyber and Technology sector, including household name global tech firms.
