They are seeking an accomplished Criminal Defence Solicitor to join their esteemed team and focus on representing police officers facing criminal charges and internal disciplinary actions throughout the Midlands.

The position also involves providing counsel to officers during critical Post Incident Procedures, involving incidents that resulted in death or severe injuries to others. The work is demanding, high-profile, and often garners media attention.

This is a rare opportunity to specialise in an exhilarating and fulfilling area of law, while working alongside renowned solicitors in the field. With the provision of comprehensive training and ongoing guidance, this role is perfect for a Criminal Defence Solicitor looking for a new challenge. The role includes working remotely and visiting various Magistrates Courts, Police Stations, and Police Federation offices, primarily in the Midlands region. Additionally, you will be required to cover an out-of-office hours rota for the Midlands, mainly handling Post Incident Procedures.

• Qualified Solicitor (Ideally 3 years + PQE)
• Criminal Defence experience
