Criminal Solicitor

Criminal defence solicitor required to join this highly regarded Firm. Responsibilities will include dealing with clients, obtaining instructions and advising on course of action. You will assess your client's financial means and explanation of Public Funding or private terms and correspond with Clients, court; solicitors etc. and instruct counsel, solicitor advocates and other legal experts. You will be required to negotiate on your client's behalf to obtain the more preferable outcome for your clients. You will be a team player, able to work autonomously, carry out research in a quick and efficient manner. It is essential you have had experience of running your own criminal caseload, have dealt with Police Station cases and Magistrates Court cases and are committed to providing a high level of service at all times to your clients.
