Court of Protection Solicitor - Warwick - £25,000 - £40,000

My client is a well-established Warwickshire based firm. Due to consistent growth within their Court of Protection team, they are looking to recruit a Lawyer (Solicitor/Legal Executive) to support their experienced fee earners in relation to Health & Welfare related Court of Protection matters.

You will join a busy team that includes Legal 500 noted specialists in Court of Protection work who advise clients on a range of capacity issues, health and welfare, and financial matters on both a privately funded and legal aid basis. Your role will be to assist in case-working matters, preparing Court bundles, liaising with clients, courts and third parties and carrying out legal research.

Ideally, you will have some previous background in Court of Protection work; however, someone with a general private client background or with an understanding of capacity related issues would be considered.

The firm offers a competitive salary and will provide on-going training, enabling you to progress your career in this challenging but very rewarding area of law.

For further information, please contact Andrew Cookson or apply enclosing your CV via the link.
