Costs Lawyer/Draftsperson/Fee Earner

A globally recognised law firm is looking for an experienced Costs Solicitor/Fee Earner/Draftsperson to join its team in London.

The position will be to join the wider Litigation team supporting multiple matters with litigation cost submissions/budgets and related costs recovery.

Requirements
- Costs Lawyer/Draftsperson/Fee Earner
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience of working on litigation related costs issues and submissions
working knowledge of court mandated costs forms; N260 and Precedent H
- Responsible for the initial costs budgeting and drafting on multiple High Court litigation matters, working closely with matter teams to produce costs submissions and schedules
- Strong working knowledge of applicable court forms, advising and assisting on all aspects of cost recovery
