Training Academy

 

Purpose of Academy:

 

As a member of the training academy you will be provided with an introduction to the CPR, different types of claims and the niche area of Costs. You will be taught how to draft a Bill of Costs, issue Part 8 proceedings and engage in negotiations.

In addition to specialised training you will be provided with general training in communication, customer care and case load management.

Before your graduate the training academy, you will have a full understanding of Pure legal Costs, how each department work in unison to provide a first class service to our customers and assist the rest of the Pure Business Group. 

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Opening new files on case management software
  • Preparing and serving Low value Bill of Costs
  • Preparing Fixed Costs schedules, Bills and Part 8 documentation
  • Completing litigation documentation
  • Communicating with clients/customers both written and verbally
  • Any other duties as reasonably required by the business to assist you in your development

 

Experience:

  • Good level of administrative experience within a legal background beneficial
  • Working effectively within a team
  • Managing a workload of multiple categories
  • Customer service and communication skills

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Effectively prioritize workload in order to comply with SLAs
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure all incoming work is tracked and actioned accordingly
  • Attention to detail in ensuring all client preferences are adhered to
  • Accurate and thorough data input
  • Can work well within a team
  • High level of literacy and able to communicate professionally with clients Attention to detail in ensuring all client preferences are adhered to

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary Competitive
  • 20 days holidays per year plus bank holidays
