This is a brand new opportunity at a top law firm in Southampton currently looking to hire a corporate tax solicitor to play an integral part in their growing corporate team.

The role will be to provide legal tax advice specifically supporting corporate transactions therefore advice will rage from; general corporation tax and capital gains tax advice; advising on property taxes, employment related securities and assisting on M&A transactions,

Ideally either ATT and CTA qualified or currently studying these.
