Corporate Associate / Senior Associate | 5 + PQE | High Wycombe

A strong team is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing firm in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a quality firm with an excellent reputation and professional approachable practice. The opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent basis with an excellent salary and bonus package.

The Role
As a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, you would:
- Have the opportunity to work with a modern and forward thinking firm.

- Work on large and complex cross - broader transactions.

The Candidate
To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE.
- A good level of Corporate experience across a range of work including M&A , JVs , restructures, private equity and venture capital.
- A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is to a high standard.
- An interest in and aptitude for business development.
- A good teamwork ethic.
