A highly respected firm in Maidstone is looking for a Corporate Lawyer from 3-10 years’ PQE to join its busy team. Although the role is based in Maidstone, there is the opportunity to have a mix of home and office-based working.
You will be advising and leading on corporate transactional work, particularly M&As to include purchases, disposals, reorganisations, buy-ins, buy-outs and joint ventures.
With a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, you will have experience of drafting and negotiating SPAs, price adjustment mechanisms, disclosure letters and shareholder agreements.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
