My client are a market leading Legal 500, Chambers ranked and Top 50 law firm who are currently seeking an enthusiastic, forward thinking, Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate and Commercial team in the heart of Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in the South that has ambitious plans for growth and a reputation for doing things differently. With a strong culture of teamwork and a relentless focus on quality.

The successful Corporate Solicitor will manage their own caseload, working with a range of businesses from start-up businesses and SMEs to Plcs and deal with a wide variety of matters, including;

  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Company Re-organisations
  • Investments
  • Shareholder Agreements
  • Partnership Agreements

You will work closely with the Commercial team and advise when required on Commercial transactions such as T&C'S.

Alongside managing a caseload of the above files, you will be responsible for the continued growth of the Corporate department, by being involved in marketing, business development and strategy.
